We were told baby gear would take over our house, but as George has gotten bigger and is getting more toys, it's ridiculous! Right now in the office I've got the swing, the baby gym and the exersaucer all wedged in, ready to go for entertainment while I'm working. George actually kind of enjoyed the exersaucer for the first time today - he figured out if he pushed buttons he could make it moo or roar or meow. A little scary at first, but after a few minutes he was beating on the poor toy and shrieking. Then he discovered himself in the mirror (here we go with this kid and the mirror again) and he couldn't help but smile at the reflection (if you look close in the picture you can see him grinning).

I have been gone from the computer for a couple weeks and was excited to see all the great pics and postings of little George! He is getting so big and is so cute!!
And it keeps getting worse!!!! Though, the stationary toys like the exersaucer and swing do take up tons of space. In about 6-12 months is when it will really drive you crazy- that is when he is capable of dumping all his toys, books, contents of drawers, etc. out and distributing them equally throughout the house. You will undoubtedly forget to pick up something hard and step on it in the middle of the night too. Grr...
