George is due to arrive any day now (hopefully sooner than later!) and I thought I'd use some of my last moments of free hands to start him a little blog. I'll do my best to keep this updated! We'll see how my time management skills hold up in the following weeks and months.
Since we're waiting, I'm just practicing this whole blog thing and will post a little recap - past pregnancy photos, ultrasounds.
The photo in the pink dress is from my sister-in-law's bridal shower in August. I was just four months but already really showing.
The ultrasound photo is from George's 20 week ultrasound. We were worried that we wouldn't find out the sex because his hand was blocking the shot at first, but after a few tries our technician confirmed we were having a boy.
Brian's little sister Mandy got married at the end of September. It was a trial getting fitted for a maternity bridesmaid dress, but luckily I found a great seamstress!
The last photo is me at 39 weeks. As you can see, George has worn out his welcome. We're ready to meet him! There are very few items of clothing left that fit anymore. I have resorted to wearing a velour tracksuit most of the time. Brian says it looks like wardrobe from The Sopranos. Just call me Tony...I think I have his gut right now too!
